At Hearth and Soul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
